Yes. Our staff are professionally trained and offer personalised fittings. Many of our brands, including ECCO, Naot, and Revere, have removable insoles and are designed to accommodate custom orthotics. Bring your orthotics in and we will find the right shoe across multiple brands.
Return unworn shoes in their original packaging with your receipt for a full store credit. See our full returns policy for details.
You have two options:
Option 1: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email applecross@strideshoes.com.au for a return authority within 20 days. Full refund minus $10 transaction fee each way. Shoes must be unworn in original packaging.
Option 2: 60-day exchange or credit note. Bring the shoes to any Stride store within 60 days for a full-value exchange or credit note.
We dispatch all online purchases within three working days. Standard delivery via Sendle or Australia Post takes 2 to 12 days. Express delivery (Australia Post Express) arrives in 1 to 3 days for an additional $20. Free in-store pickup is also available at any Stride location. See our shipping page for full details.
