Email applecross@strideshoes.com.au for a return authority within 20 days of the original invoice date.
You will receive a full refund if the shoes are unworn and returned in undamaged original packaging within 30 days. A $10 transaction fee applies each way.
Damaged boxes may incur a repacking charge.

Exchange or credit
Bring the shoes to any Stride store within 60 days of purchase for a full-value exchange or credit note.
Shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging. Transaction fees apply.
